`dressed.ens`	a list with elements 'ens', a NR matrix representing N time instances of kernel centers, and 'ker.wd', a NR matrix with corresponding kernel standard deviations. See function 'DressEnsemble'
`obs`	a numeric vector of length N with real-valued observations
