condRtis

A collection of useful functions for Condatis analyses.

Condatis is a "decision support tool to identify the best locations for habitat creation and restoration to enhance existing habitat networks and increase connectivity across landscapes". A web-based version of the software was released on 12th December 2018 (http://wordpress.condatis.org.uk/condatis-1-0-is-online).

As the Condatis project is still under active development, there are a range of missing features from the online version of the software. The package condRtis is a collection of functions, written in R, that allow users to carry out basic data preparation steps prior to running their analysis on the Condatis servers.

For example, it creates raster layers specifying sources/sinks, as required by the Condatis software. The documentation for the online version of Condatis can be found here: https://webapp.condatis.org.uk/help/help.html#_Toc525662546
