A data set containing estimates for the 28 outcomes in the 500 Cities data for the
United States as a whole. Both crude and age-adjusted prevalence are provided for each measure.

A tibble with 56 rows and 7 variables:
- year
year of estimate
- category
outcome type: health outcome, prevention, or unhealthy behaviors
- question
specific outcome
- estimate_type
crude or age-adjusted
- estimate
estimated prevlance of question
- estimate_ci_low
lower bound of crude prevalance estimate
- estimate_ci_high
upper bound of crude prevalance estimate
