slu-openGIS/gateway: Tools for Working with St. Louis Spatial Data

Contains various tools for accessing and modifying spatial data for the City of St. Louis, Missouri. These include tools for downloading data about the city, a composite geocoder for returning the latitude and longitude of street addresses, and tools for locating addresses within neighborhoods, tracts, and other geometries (known as spatial joins).
