mod_krill_length_frequency_ui(id)

mod_krill_length_frequency_server(id, pool, headers.list, net)

`id`	character used to specify namespace, see `shiny::NS`
`pool`	reactive; a DBI database connection pool. Intended to be the output of `mod_database_server`
`headers.list`	list of reactive data frames from OCEO header tables; the output of `mod_headers_server`
`net`	reactive data frame of the NET table from AMLR_OCEO
