sorhawell/fastRditijuu: Easy cluster computing
The package provides do.call and lapply-like functions with DTU Torque cluster as backend. Useful for all beginners or experienced programmers who want to map a function on the cluster in simple one liner command. The package requires a private-public RSA key set between local computer and host server. The server side will require the BatchJobs package.
