stamara6/LeanTopDown: Post Processing of Top-Down Data

This package provides next features: plotting of frequent mass deviations for the spectrum or spectra, that was previously generated with TopDownLab; preparing dataframes from masslists with all relevant information; combination of fragments from various files for more explicit annotation; annotation of spectrum; fragmentation statistics (e.g. types of fragments, mass shifts, accuracy, etc.).
