kc calculates the factor for one sided tolerance intervalls
according to the Formula A.13 in ISO 16269-6.

Arguments

the desired coverage probability of the tolerance intervall
alpha
Niveau of the test, i.e. Confidence-level = 1 - alpha
n
the sample size
Value
the factor kc in x-kc*s or x+kc*x
