makeDefaultTagList: Generate tag_list using default tags

Description
Tag_list is a list (of lists) of html tags. The function getData will scrape
app pages on the Google Play Store and return the information corresponding
to these tags. The function makeDefaultTagList generates Tag_list. The html
tags to include in Tag_list are defined in the body of the makeDefaultTagList
function.
