I made a couple of minor modifications and bug fixes to existing functions.

• Updated tx_regimen() to reflect new pediatrics optimal regimen for children < 3 years

• increased validation of cot_cascade() to recognize referenced date that is not within the specified quarter

• updated deduplication in cot_cascade() to capture all indicators

• arranged outputs in ascending order

• expanded art_duration argument to disaggregate() to include 6-12months and 1+ years

• upgraded the tx_rtt() to utilize single data source, when an older one is not supplied
