#' @description The bandprec dataset is a precision matrix simluated 
#' by using the huge package. 
#' The matrix represents the inverse variance-covariance matrix of a 
#' set of multivariate distriubted time-serials data, which equivently 
#' presents a graph structure of a line chain for a band diagnal 
#' matrix.  It has a dimension of 50x50, each column represents one node.
