GetRefTbl function pulls the reference data saved in the installed folder
Usage

getRefTbl(ref_file_path = NA_character_, str_toupper = TRUE)
Arguments
ref_file_path
file path where the reference file resides.
File path is generated with file_path
str_toupper
option to set the reference data to uppercase
