swihart/gnlrim: Generalized Non-Linear Random Intercept Models
Based on \code{repeated::gnlmix}. Provides for a suite of bridged models with nonstandard random intercept distributions for modeling clustered binary outcomes (a la Wang & Louis (2003)).
