This measures the controlling Force of Gene expression along time course of expression profiles. This is one of the bioinformatic tools to analyze gene expression profiles. Given a gene regulatory network and gene expression profiles, the library reports how the strength of gene controll changes along time course. The strength is reported for each gene.
