In tbgitoo/moultonTools: moultonTools

moultonTools R package for clustering analysis and correction in the Moulton framework

This package can be installed automatically via:

library(devtools) install_github("tbgitoo/moultonTools")

The moultonTools package was used for data analysis in the following scientific paper: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.biomaterials.2021.120707
