quickcountmx: Estimate Election Results Mexico

#' quickcountmx: functions to estimate election results for Mexican 
#' presidential and governor elections.
#'
#' The quickcountmx package provides methodologies to monitor the progress of 
#' elections and to produce early results based on samples of polling stations.
#' The package includes the classical survey sample approach of ratio 
#' estimation, however the main contribution are two bayesian hierarchical 
#' models built with Stan and JAGS.
#'
