A data frame with 2701 rows and 10 variables:
- Time
The recorded time
- Elevation
The altitude above sea level
- Distance
The distance done [meters]
- Heart rate
The hear rate
- LatitudeDegrees
The calculated latitude
- LongitudeDegrees
The calculated longitude
- Elevation gain
The elevation gained/lost
- Pace
The pace [min/km]
- Speed
The speed [km/h]
- GAP
The gradient adjusted pace [min/Km]
