Longevity and DHA in mammals
Description
The relation between body weight, longevity, and the n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) in mammals.
Usage
data("longevityDHA")
Format
A data frame with 42 observations on the following 4 variables.
SpeciesSpecies name.
bodyweightBody mass in kg.
longevityMaximum lifespan in years.
dhaDHA content in muscle membrane phopholipids.
