In thongphamthe/mcPAFit: Estimating Preferential Attachment from a Single Network Snapshot in Constant Time
mcPAFit package
This package implements a method for estimating the preferential attachment function non-parametrically from an arbitrary network snapshot. There is no restriction on the numbers of nodes and edges in the snapshot. The method can be applied to networks with millions of nodes and billions of edges.
Installation
This dev version on GitHub can be installed as follows:
require(devtools)
install_github("thongphamthe/mcPAFit")
