In tidyverse/ggplot2: Create Elegant Data Visualisations Using the Grammar of Graphics

This is a large minor release with both a lot of new features and a complete rewrite of part of the internals. As a result, this release does break a range of reverse dependencies. All of them has been informed very well in advance (4 weeks) and have been provided with patches to fix their issues. The remaining problematic reverse dependencies were further notified 2 weeks ago to remind them to submit a fix, so we believe we have been very lenient towards them.
