get_canonical_transcripts: Return Only Canonical Transcripts
In tinyheero/snpeffutils: Utility Functions for Working with SnpEff Data

This function will return a data.frame of a SnpEff database dump file that only contains the canonical transcripts

1	get_canonical_transcripts(snpeff.dt)

chr.filter

Vector containing the chromosomes you want to keep in the data.frame
