- local OS X install, R 3.5.1
- ubuntu 14.04 (on travis-ci), R 3.5.1 and rhub::check_on_linux(show_status = FALSE)
- win-builder (devel and release) via devtools::check_win()
- rhub::check_for_cran(show_status = FALSE)
How to test
R CMD check results
0 errors | 0 warnings | 1 note
- This is a new release.
- On OSX To deal with a W about ' PDF files under ‘inst/doc’', I did tools::compactPDF('vignettes/uthwigl.pdf', gs_quality = "ebook") but it makes no difference... in RStudio setting --compact-vignettes=both in build options doesn't help, but this W is not on travis
- Note that before updating the shiny apps, install the pkg with devtools::install_github, not local build and install
