• Added mapping functions.
• Added map data.
• Began adding experimental spdf functions, but have left them commented out.
• Removed _b options for theme.
• Changed order of colors in te_colors. Nonetheless, this data should be viewed as Deprecated.
• Added tests.

• Added scale_color/fill_set1() functions.
• Added panel.spacing argument to main theme function. This is done to (try to) avoid missing top border for facet panels, which was observed.
• Added theme_tile() functin.
