Description
A mock-up dataset to test the qsofa organ failure score.
Usage
qsofa_data
Format
A data frame with 9 rows and 5 variables:
- Encounter
A unique patient id
- Service_Timestamp
Timestamps of when a variable was taken
- RR
Respiratory Rate, A list of respiratory rate readings
- SBP
Systolic Blood Pressure, A list of SBPs
- GCS
Glasgow Coma Score, A list of GCSs
