Display the dismissals of the batsman (caught, bowled, hit wicket etc) as percentages

Usage

batsmanDismissals(file, name="A Squarecut")

Arguments

file	This is the <batsman>.csv file obtained with an initial getPlayerData()
name	Name of the batsman
