Tools for matching two firm datasets
Matching using fuzzy blocking on postal codes, name and address processing, and vectorized code and parallel processing where applicable.

- Add FSA contiguity file to
fuzzy_block()
- Add tests for every function
- Add script/vignette that does TCOD processing
- Add script/vignette that does ML and analysis
- Get better fake tcod dataset, use that finish 3.^
