Dashboard goals are to show

• Withdrawals (by site, by sociodemographics etc)

• Missed visits -- by event type (ABCD average and by site)

• Curves showing accumulating testing (ABC average and by site)

• Reasons for missing. Incorporate the dropdown menu reasons provided by RA's for missed visits and for no in-person element

• Sociodemographics of those missing visits broken down by Event Type (eg Year 4, Year 5) and Visit Type (ie Remote, In-Person, Hybrid)

  • Sociodemographics + site distance updated from last annual visit
  • Appropriate denominator? Accumulated recruitment up to the anniversary date + allowable window.

• Functionality: Being able to look at missingness with greater specificity/cross-tabulations (eg Visit Type x period of time x Visit Event) with output Showing missingness numbers as well as sociodemographics or the missed visits.

• Monthly reports sent to site PI's with the key information they need. This should include: Missed visits - cumulative for each ongoing Event lype (le Year 4; Month 54 etc) Sociodemographics of cumulative missed visits for each ongoing Event Type Breakdown of Event Types. For all of the above, they should see their site's performance as well as the ABCD average?

• Statistical analyses run each month on missed and late visits similar to what Chase/Wes ran previously.
