Instructions
First enter routinely taken substances in this screen, then go through the three
periods and enter substance use for specific days.
If substances should be added that are not in the default menu, select
Show all substances to expand the selector to all possible substances.
Once all substances have been entered, go to the Submission tab
to submit a final record. You will have the option to edit/delete records first.
