Arguments
dir_IGME
The directory to IGME input folder, e.g. ".../2020 Round
Estimation/Code/input/", could be obtained using
get.IGMEinput.dir
pattern_to_match
default to "data_U5MR", but can be used generally
Value
file path to the master dataset
