Abfrage eines einzelnen Objekts aus der aw-Datenbank. Gibt ein dataframe zurück. Der Typ der Entität muss bekannt sein und angegeben werden; IDs sind nicht eindeutig: 9188 bezeichnet ein Entität vom Typ candidacy-mandate und vom Typ constituency.
