In vafisher/AnnoRE: Random Effects Estimation for GWAS Fine Mapping with Functional Annotations
AnnoRE
The goal of AnnoRE is to provide implementation of the fine mapping
method described in Fisher et al, “Fine mapping of GWAS trait-associated
loci with functional annotation”.
Installation
You can install the development version from
GitHub with:
# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("vafisher/AnnoRE")
