Description
A dataset consisting of the covariate values that will be input for the unireg
function.
Usage
gdat_demo
Format
A data frame with 6042 rows and 6 variables:
- IIntID
The ID variable, name is compulsory
- Time
Time since the earliest-negative data
- Year
Year of episode
- obs_start
start date of episode
- obs_end
end date of episode
- late_neg
date of latest HIV-negative date
- early_pos
date of earliest HIV-positive date
- sero_event
Indicates if repeat-tester seroconverted during observation period
- Age0
Mean-centered age variable
- Age2
Age0 squared
- EverCircum
