Description

applies <fcn> to <x> if a numeric vector or the columns/rows of <x> otherwise

Usage

fcn.mat.num(fcn, x, y, n)

Arguments

fcn	= a function (vector to value)
x	= a numeric vector/matrix/data frame
y	= a numeric vector/matrix/data frame (can be missing)
n	= a boolean (apply to columns/rows)
