remote-site directory listing of files or folders

Usage

ftp.all.files.underlying(x, y, n, w, h = "ftp", u, v)

Arguments

x	= a remote folder
y	= ftp site (can be missing)
n	= user id (can be missing)
w	= password (can be missing)
h	= a string (ftp/sftp)
u	= a boolean (ftp.use.epsv argument of getCurlHandle)
v	= a boolean (files/folders)
