returns a sequence of objects between (and including) <x> and <y>
Usage
obj.seq(x, y, n, w, h)
Arguments
x
= an object
y
= an object
n
= a function (vector to integer vector)
w
= a function (bijective inverse of <n>)
h
= a positive integer
