Arguments

= a remote file
y
= local folder (e.g. "C:\\temp")
n
= ftp site (can be missing)
w
= user id (can be missing)
h
= password (can be missing)
u
= a string (ftp/sftp)
v
= a boolean (ftp.use.epsv argument of getCurlHandle)
