refreshes the text file contains flows data from SQL
Usage
refresh.predictors.weekly(x, y, n, w, h = F)
Arguments
x
= a file (predictors)
y
= query needed to get full history
n
= a string (last part of query after date restriction)
w
= a connection string
h
= a boolean (ignore/note data changes)
