Checks each day in <x> has same allocation month. Error otherwise
Usage
yyyymmdd.to.AllocMo.unique(x, y, n)
Arguments
x
= a YYYYMMDD vector
y
= calendar day allocations are known the next month
n
= a boolean (do/don't convert to month end)
