PCG: Power Chain Graph Structure Learning

This package was developed acompanying authors' PhD dissertation.

PCG depends on bnlearn, EGAnet, mclust, psych, pcalg, qgraph.

This package should be considered experimental until further along in development.

Installation

Using the 'remotes' package:

install.packages("remotes")
