This README file describes the contents of the above path. This directory is to contain various files to augment the Internet viewing of the code base as marked up by GitLab or other markup resources. The two files standard_time_zones_of_the_world.jpg and standard_time_zones_of_the_world.pdf were acquired from the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (2015). The avatar for the repository (avatar.png) was derived from these files.
