• Added a new list object named format_options containing utility functions set(), get(), and append() for managing package options.

Minor changes

• No longer set default package options via options(). However, previously valid options set by users will still be honored internally for backward compatibility.

• The first release of the formatBibtex package providing functions to format character strings, BibTeX entries and files in an opinionated way.
