Description
All objects in this package have the same namespace-object-name, that is,
timeBasis. They are intended to be loaded and then used in a GAM
framework for estimation of population health risk. Note that many of these
basis sets (in particular, for N > 1000) can take significant amounts
of time to compute.

Format
A basis matrix data frame of class slp of dimension N by K,
for use in estimation of population health risk GAMs.
