Geospatial data provided by the ABS for states in 2021. Note that the Geocentric Datum of Australia 2020 (GDA2020) is used.

An sf object with 10 variables:
state_name_2021The full state name
areasqkm_2021The area in square kilometres
cent_latThe latitide of the area's centroid
cent_longThe latitide of the area's centroid
geometryA nested list containing the area's geometry (polygons)
