plot_rangeShift: Plot range limit migration
In willvieira/STManaged: State and transition model for the eastern North American forest

This function plots the how the range limit of boreal and temperate states varies over time

1	plot_rangeShift(lands, rangeLimitOccup = NULL)

`lands`	the object output of the `run_model` function
`rangeLimitOccup`	numeric between 0 and 1 to define the minimum row occupancy of a state in the landscape. See `run_model` for more details
