#' 2016 ANES open-ended -- dislike of Democratic or Republican party

#' not like the opposing party in the US. This version excludes Democrats who
#' don't like the Republican party talking about the Democratic party and
#' Republicans who don't like the Democratic party talking about the Republican
#' party.
