Description

Plots accuracy, margin or AUC at each iteration.

  ## S3 method for class 'accest'
plot(x, toplot="acc", main = NULL, xlab = NULL, ylab = NULL, ...)

Arguments

x

An object of class accest.

toplot

Quantity to plot (default=acc, mar, auc)

main

An overall title for the plot.

xlab

A title for the x axis.

ylab

A title for the y axis.

...

Additional arguments to the plot.

Details

This function is a method for the generic function plot() for class accest. It plots a performance estimate against iteration index.
