The function return the PSQI score. The smaller the score, the better the sleep quality.
Score_PSQI(data)
The data needs to name the survey variables as follows:
Sleep1When have you usually gone to bed?
Sleep2How long (in minutes) has it taken you to fall asleep each night?
Sleep3When have you usually gotten up in the morning?
Sleep4How many hours of actual sleep do you get at night? (This may be different than the number of hours you spend in bed)
During the past month, how often have you had trouble sleeping because you... The coded values are as following,
(1) Not during the past month; (2) Less than once a week; (3) Once or twice a week; (4) Three or more times a week
Sleep5aCannot get to sleep within 30 minutes
Sleep5bWake up in the middle of the night or early morning
Sleep5cHave to get up to use the bathroom
Sleep5dCannot breathe comfortably
Sleep5eCough or snore loudly
Sleep5fFeel too cold
Sleep5gFeel too hot
Sleep5hHave bad dreams
Sleep5iHave pain
Sleep5jOther reason(s), please describe, including how often you have had trouble sleeping because of this reason(s):
