xthchen/haplotest: Haplotype based testing for evolve and resequence
Given temporal haplotype frequencies, test whether selection is present. Two variants of haplotype based test are available for large haplotype number scenarios. Post-hoc tests are available for testing the number of selected haplotypes and pairwise test given that selection has been established.
