Get important sample labels from headers
Description
Extracts the blank_row and Specimen Label parts a specimen header.
Usage
bh_get_labels(headers)
Arguments
headers
A data.table possibly containing a blank_row and Specimen Label.
Value
a named list containing the blank_row, Specimen Label and filename for each specimen.
