yguitton/MeHaloCoA: Fast identification of Cl or Br containing compounds in LC-MS

Fast identification of Chlorinated or Brominated compounds in high-resolution LC-MS based on isotopic profile and mass defect.This can be done on a scan by scan basis, or after peakpicking with xcms and CAMERA. With the Graphical user Interface available no command lines are needed.
